Megan has a love for holistic health and wellbeing practices. She started as a personal trainer in 2010 and has been in the wellness industry since. Her experiences vary from coaching and competitive body building to more recent years focused on yoga, functional strength and nervous system regulation training. After significant car accidents she spent time with various physical therapists and alternative health practitioners that led her to gain insight and a deeper understanding of her own body. Megan approaches each patient with empathy, active listening and application of various of techniques. She believes in treating the body as a whole. Her practice is focused on identifying long held postural patterns in the body and how these patterns relate to function. She often gravitates to slower myofascial techniques along with deeper trigger point techniques. She is passionate about encouraging clients to look at their life through a holistic lens and find health solutions through movement and changing daily habits .
